I created this website, when I was in my early 20s. So now that I am in my 30s, I wanted to give it another go, to mark an end of a decade.
I am still in process of finalising the design and figuring out the details of how I want to represent this website, but it’s a start, I guess. This time, it’s running on the Ghost Blog Engine . This guy sold me on it.
Reasons why I am running my own Ghost hosting,
- I am running my cloud machine with a database anyway, so it’s cheaper.
- Easy to understand data model for custom rendering.
- Clean API to boot.
- Easier to move to JAMStack.
